Neurotechnologies have expanded into various areas, from medicine to entertainment and consumption, with interfaces that make it possible to control devices through brain activity. This essay analyzes the relationship between law and neurotechnologies, reflecting on the impact and ethical implications of the advance of this interrelationship, especially with regard to neuro-rights in the digital age. Through bibliographical and documentary research, it problematizes the protection of neural data, the need for algorithmic transparency and the risk of manipulating human behavior, considering the lack of adequate regulation and the commercial exploitation of these technologies. The conclusion highlights the urgency of a regulatory framework that guarantees the protection of fundamental rights in the neurotechnological context, emphasizing the necessary collaboration between researchers, legislators and society, including education and awareness of the possible effects.
